customers primarily located in Seattle's upper Eastside. Since 2007 we have provided our customers with signature landscape and hardscape designs, installations, seasonal maintenance, and great customer service.
JOB
Summary:
The field operations manager is responsible for directing and overseeing multiple landscape crews according to predetermined schedules.
Job Description:
-Estimate amount and cost of materials for a landscape/hardscape project
-Gauge amount of time required to complete a job
-Establish project workflow stages from commencement to completion.
-Direct, instruct, and motivate crew members.
-Provide quality assurance of the work completed on a daily basis
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
-Minimum of 3 years industry experience
-Technical knowledge and extensive experience in the following areas:
1. Plant/Shrub/Tree Trimming, Pruning, Transplanting
2. Retaining Wall Construction
3. Patio Construction
4. Irrigation System Installation
5. Landscape Lighting Installation
6. Drainage System Installation
