What does your day look like? Communicate with our customers using empathy and understanding to help solve their issues by answering incoming calls in a call-center environment.
Utilize and follow a call script to assist our customers.
Follow up on email or voicemail leads in a timely manner.
Enter service orders with key information for the field technicians.
Address escalated customer issues with professionalism and a sense of urgency.
Accurately enter notes and upload documents in our CRM What do you need to be able to do? Ability to work in an office and in-bound call center environment.
Availability to work a full-time 8-hour shift between our office hours of 7:
30am-6pm Monday-Friday and rotating Saturdays.
Must undergo pre-employment criminal background check and drug screen.
